Hôtel & Résidence Lido Marana

The hotel is really nice, rooms clean and roomy (especially if you count the huge balcony), the pool on the roof is a really good place to chill. The only negative I'd point out is the train that can be quite loud. Luckily it's just the balcony, inside the building it's quiet. Ofc there's plenty of parking in front of the hotel. There is also plenty of shops and a few good restaurants nearby.

From the moment we walked in we were treated very well, our room was exactly what we wanted, it was clean and had everything we wanted. The breakfast variety was good but I wouldn’t eat there every day. The rooftop pool is nice and has a nice little bar, that could maybe be open more. It’s located in a mall so it has plenty of free parking. You’re within walking distance of a few restaurants.

The hotel is located close to train station ( not noisy station ) so easy to get to Bastia or Ajaccio. The rooms are clean, modern with kitchenette what give you possibility to cook ( my husnad love traditional english breakfast ) with all equipment needed. All shops re near by ( 300 m ) The pool on the roof is great. From one site you can see seaside from the other mountain. Great to relax. The sea side ( beach) is about 10 min walk. Really recommended.

Comfortable place with essential decoration. The place is very clean. Personal is impeccable and gentle but also very professional. Rooms are spacious and clean with commodities. Bathroom is great with big shower, everything new. I warmly advice the formula “petit dejenneu express” which allows having a fast and abundant breakfast saving money. Only negative point, the train passing close. If you have light sleep you could have some problems. Anyway the train is not so frequent and pass only in the morning (around 7.15) so the night is quiet

I loved this hotel. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are so nice and clean. The only problem is the transport to and from the airport, you can only reach it by taxi or drive your own car. Maybe a solution could be to have a list or something so guest at the hotel could se other guest that need to go to the airport. That way they can split a taxi. A solution for us that travel on a budget. Nice restaurants around the area. I strongly recomend this hotel!

Was there with my family and kids...we really liked the roof pool, the near train station and big supermarket as well restaurants and shops. To the nice empty beach was about 15-20minutes walk. The pictures do not show it, but the hotel is at a terrible location. It is located between industry, shops, a parking lot, train rails and a busy road. We booked it for a week with family (2 children 12 and 10). We did not feel comfortable there at all. The rooms are new and cleen, but are not fully equiped apartments (only couple of plates and glasses). ||The hotel was not willing to discuss alternatives.

The family stayed here for one night as our flight was early the next morning and we needed to get to the airport quickly. We did not use the pool although we would have loved to. It is in sort of an industrial estate so not a travel destination area but it is close enough to surrounding areas of interest to make it worthwhile and less costly than other similar sized accommodations. Downtown Bastia is 10 min by car but parking in Bastia is a nightmare so this is convenient. |The apartment was nice, big, clean and had everything you needed. The kitchenette part of the apartment requires payment of an additional fee to access. Breakfast also is available for a fee. |We forgot a few essential items and the staff were very quick to contact us by phone and by email within an hour of our departure. They then delivered our items the next working day to a destination of our choosing even in advance of us paying for post, really excellent service
